look some people..,,, are crazy. nobody on this earth has any right 2 tell you what you can and cant eat except science and ur doctor. k. 4 example. i have ARFID,, avoidant restritcivebblablabala and that means for most of my life i have been underweight& sick. nearly died cus of it. wasn't great. and arfid functions in conjuction with myyy autism. they are elike pb&jayyy. but! people who are inconsiderate and dont know me would say. "erm autism is no excuse because uhm im autistic and im vegan!" be quiet ok. to commit veganism, you phsycially scientifically emotionally spiritually HAVE to eat more food. its just what you need in order to reach your specific nutrient needs, and thats totally ok! but i cant do that. i would get eeeven more sick. not only cus you risk refeeding syndrome but also cus i RETCH BLEEHAGHHHH wheneevr i eat too much, so everything i do eat has to be PACKED with everything i need, takin most of the food ever out of the equation would be mega hurtful. but what i do! is i dont support brands that do testing of animals, i dont eat chicken or lamb and i eat plant-based options where im able to!! my faves include chili& rice, dumplings, samosas, falafel wrap uhmm what else jAMMY DODGERS i luv a good dodja! but listen,the difference between ai use and eating animals is that nobody needs generative ai 2 live. so its hurting our wrld for nothing, whereas people need food 2 live and there are lots of fears around cutting out so much food from one's diet. but spread kindness, knowledge& hope to your friends, and see if you can learnsome stuff about the way animals r treated in the 21st century!
